Salon Policy

Appointments

A valid credit card is required to schedule all online appointments. Credit card will not be charged, it is only used for reserving appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call at least twelve hours ahead of time. This provides our wait-list clients an opportunity to take your missed appointment. If an appointment is missed without canceling or rescheduling, you will be charged for the full cost of services. Kindly arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we will do everything we can to accommodate, but please keep in mind you may have to wait.

Cancellations

We require 12 hours notice for the cancellation of an appointment.

Redos and Corrections

If you require any type of correction to your service, please notify us within 72 hours. Any corrections must be done within 7 days of initial service and with the original stylist. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be granted.

Payments and Gratuities

We accept cash as well as all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.

Gratuity is not included.

Dog Policy

With the exception of service dogs, no dogs are permitted in the salon at anytime.
